Each SBB – 2013 End Centre Deck Unit is fixed with the socket welded on Transoms by Steel Deck Clamps. Stoppers welded on the Transom locate Deck Unit. Holes are provided for drainage and top face fitted with Chequered Plate to get better wheel grip. Each steel deck units are fabricated from high tensile steel channels and mild steel chequered plates. The number of Deck Units across the bridge varies with the road width and length required.
